In 83 Mostbet withdrawals, I have hit problems 7 times. Every single one was resolved -- some automatically, some with support intervention. If your withdrawal is stuck, rejected, or missing, this page covers every scenario I have encountered and the exact steps that fixed each one.

Jump to your issue:

1. Withdrawal Stuck on "Pending"

What it looks like: You confirmed the withdrawal, the balance was deducted, but the status shows "Pending" or "Processing" and has not changed for hours. If this is your exact issue, start with the dedicated withdrawal pending guide.

Common causes:

What to do:

  1. Wait 4-6 hours. Most "stuck" withdrawals resolve on their own. In my experience, 3 out of 3 stuck withdrawals completed within 6 hours.
  2. Check Mostbet's service status. If the entire payment system is down, many withdrawals will be delayed simultaneously.
  3. If still pending after 12 hours: Contact live chat support with your transaction ID. They can see the internal status and escalate if needed.
  4. If still pending after 24 hours: Request escalation to the payment department. Ask for a ticket number.
Do not: Cancel and re-request the withdrawal. This sends you to the back of the queue. Wait it out.

2. Withdrawal Rejected

What it looks like: The withdrawal status changes to "Rejected" or "Declined." The money returns to your Mostbet balance. If that is your exact issue, start with the dedicated withdrawal rejected guide.

Common causes and fixes:

Incorrect payment details

Typo in UPI ID, wrong bank account number, invalid wallet address. Fix: double-check your payment details, correct them, and re-request.

Name mismatch

The name on your Mostbet account does not match the name on your payment method. Fix: contact support to update your Mostbet account name, or use a payment method registered in the same name.

Different withdrawal method than deposit

Mostbet prefers you withdraw via the same method you deposited. Using a different method triggers extra review and sometimes rejection. Fix: try withdrawing via the same method you deposited.

Bank rejected the incoming transfer

Your bank's daily receiving limit was exceeded, or the bank flagged the transfer. Fix: check your bank's limits, try a smaller amount, or try a different bank.

3. Money Deducted but Not Received

What it looks like: Your Mostbet balance was deducted, the status may show "Completed," but the money has not appeared in your bank/wallet.

What to do:

  1. Wait 30 minutes. There is often a gap between Mostbet marking the withdrawal as complete and the money arriving. UPI notifications can be delayed.
  2. Check your bank directly. Open your bank's app or net banking. Sometimes money arrives before the UPI notification or bank SMS.
  3. For crypto: check the blockchain. Use the transaction hash from Mostbet to track on mempool.space (BTC), tronscan.org (TRC-20), or etherscan.io (ETH). If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the money is in your wallet -- your wallet app might just need to sync.
  4. If not received after 4 hours (UPI/bank): Contact Mostbet support with your transaction ID. They can provide the UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number, which you can then give to your bank to trace the payment.

4. "Wagering Requirements Not Met" Error

What it looks like: You try to withdraw and get an error message about wagering requirements or active bonus.

What is happening: You have an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements. Mostbet blocks all withdrawals until wagering is complete.

What to do:

  1. Go to Account > Bonuses > Active Bonuses
  2. Check the wagering progress bar
  3. Option A: Complete the wagering requirements (play through the remaining amount)
  4. Option B: Cancel the bonus. Go to the bonus details and select "Cancel." Warning: this forfeits the bonus amount and all winnings from bonus funds. But it frees your real money for withdrawal.

Full guide on how bonuses affect withdrawals.

5. Verification Blocking Withdrawal

What it looks like: You try to withdraw and get a message to complete identity verification first.

Fix: Complete KYC verification. Upload your ID, proof of address, and selfie at Account Settings > Verification. Full verification guide.

If you have already submitted documents and are waiting for review, your withdrawal request will typically process automatically once verification is approved. You do not need to re-request it.

6. Exceeding Withdrawal Limits

What it looks like: Error message about daily, weekly, or monthly limits, or the maximum per-transaction amount.

Fix:

Full limits breakdown.

7. Wrong Payment Details Entered

UPI ID typo: The payment will fail and money returns to your Mostbet balance within 15-30 minutes. Re-request with the correct UPI ID.

Wrong bank account number: This is more serious. If the account number belongs to someone else, the money goes to them and recovery requires both banks to coordinate. Contact Mostbet support immediately with the correct details. They may be able to intercept the payment if it has not been processed yet.

Wrong crypto address: If you sent to a valid address on the wrong network (e.g., ERC-20 address for a TRC-20 withdrawal), recovery may be possible but is not guaranteed. Contact Mostbet support immediately. If you sent to a completely wrong address on the correct network, the funds are likely gone permanently.

8. Withdrawal Automatically Cancelled

Possible reasons:

Fix: Contact support via live chat. Ask specifically why the withdrawal was cancelled. They must give you a reason. If it is a compliance issue, they will tell you what additional documentation is needed.

9. Only Partial Amount Received

What it looks like: You withdrew INR 10,000 but only received INR 9,850 (or similar).

Cause: Fees deducted by the payment provider, not Mostbet. For crypto, this is the network fee. For bank transfers, some banks charge a nominal receiving fee. Mostbet shows the amount before fees.

This is normal for crypto withdrawals. The network fee is deducted from the amount. If you withdrew 0.01 BTC, you might receive 0.00985 BTC (with 0.00015 BTC going to miners). If you want the cost side separated from the issue tree, use the withdrawal fees guide.

10. Withdrawal Taking Longer Than Usual

Check the processing times page for expected durations. If your withdrawal is taking longer:

11. Weekend Withdrawal Delays

Weekend slowdowns are common, especially for UPI and bank methods. If this is your exact situation, use the dedicated weekend withdrawals guide first. Crypto usually stays the most consistent on Saturday and Sunday.

12. Payment Method Not Available

Reasons:

Fix: Try a different method, or check if your account region is set correctly in Account Settings.

13. How to Contact Mostbet Support Effectively

From my experience, here is how to get the fastest resolution:

  1. Use live chat, not email. Live chat responds in 2-5 minutes. Email takes 24-48 hours.
  2. Have your transaction ID ready. This is the number shown after you confirmed the withdrawal.
  3. Be specific. "My withdrawal of INR 15,000 via UPI (transaction ID: WD-12345) has been pending since 3 PM today" is 10x more effective than "my withdrawal is not working."
  4. Ask for a ticket number. If the agent cannot resolve it immediately, ask for a reference number so you can follow up without explaining everything again.
  5. Escalate politely. If first-level support cannot help, ask to be transferred to the payments or finance department.
